Employment Opportunities We are always looking for talented candidates who are interested in becoming appraisers. While we do not have any appraiser trainee openings at this time, we will accept resumes for future consideration. CJM Appraisal Trainee Minimum Qualifications Educational or work-related experience with research and report writing is required. In addition, applicants should possess an inquisitive nature and sound judgment. They must have a strong command of the English language, be able to write well, and have strong attention to detail. Also required is a willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines as needed. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. Resumes from applicants who do not have a Bachelor’s degree will not be considered. Analytical training in areas such as philosophy, journalism, English, accounting, statistics or engineering is desirable. Candidates must be willing to successfully complete appraisal licensing coursework at their own expense. Candidates must have begun the application process to register as an appraiser trainee.
